Since our establishment in 1989, Luoyang Sbi Special Bearing Co., Ltd. has provided a wide variety of bearing solutions for industries around the world. SBI has created a high-tech R&D technical development center to provide practical solutions and support for our clients. We have achieved exchange standards for both Europe (DIN620, ISO355) and China (GB/T273.4199) and can also manufacture non-standard and custom bearings to your specifications.
Our customers include many of the largest Fortune 500 companies in the world. Our partnerships with these important companies have allowed us to continue to improve the quality and pace of our technical solutions. Over 40% of our employees are experienced technical staff dedicated to efficiently responding to our client's questions and solving their problems. SBI's integrated workflow management uses detailed guidelines to professionally manage the entire manufacturing process from creating specifications, acquiring raw materials, manufacturing, export documentation and shipping.
At present, SBI can manufacture many kinds of bearings with an inside diameter from 50mm to 5000mm. We own several important bearing patents and specialize in slewing, thrust, multistage and full complement roller bearings. Approximately 80% of our products are exported to Europe, America and Japan. SBI passed ISO9001 quality certification in 2000 and will have our own inspection center in 2009. Also, our bearings have passed quality testings by various independent European regulatory authorities.
Our company has adopted enterprise resource planning (ERP), computer aided process planning (CAPP), product data management (PDM) together with CNC machines to guarantee strict quality control and fast delivery cycles. We accept both OEM and ODM orders. Our clients have praised this integrated approach to manufacturing their products.
SBI's 30,000 square meters production facility is located in Luoyang, China and we have sales offices conveniently located in Shanghai, Beijing and Dalian.
